1. Shipping Destination

We deliver across India and use reliable courier services for delivery. Please check if we deliver to your pin code in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

2. Shipping Charges

ChicChac offers free shipping for orders with value above ₹499 within India. A charge of ₹59 is applicable for orders with value below ₹499.

3. Delivery Timelines

For domestic orders (within India), the order shall be delivered within 5–7 working days from the day of order confirmation, however the time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination. At ChicChac, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your bank account in case of COD or to the same mode through which the original payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition.

4. Identity Proof

Our logistic partners may request for an ID proof while delivering the shipment. This is to ensure correct and safe delivery of the order.
